Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have had a good experience since moving to the Social Blue. I moved from a three bedroom to a two bedroom and re-signed another lease. I love the amenities, gym-pool-grilling area. So far maintenance has done a good job addressing any and all problems that I may have had in the Apartments.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s been great living here Meeting great people has been easy. There’s so much to do here. The office staff are great and helpful every step of the way. The atmosphere feels like home. I have enjoyed the use of the conference room for my business meetings. Grocery shopping is close by. Conveniently located in town. My roommates are great. We cook together and help each other out. Life will always have some kind of frustration, but I believe it’s how I personally respond that makes the difference in finding a solution that works.

I have met a fruit, friendly neighbors. I love the pool and the workout area is surrounded by things that are convenient. The location is great as well. The staff got me moved in very quickly and they were very kind and nice and very helpful.

They are also not terribly unreasonable when it comes to rent unlike other apartments I have witnessed.
