Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs Welcome (some breed restriction see below) Maximum Pets per Resident: 1 Pet Fee per Pet: $300 (non refundable) Pet rent per pet: $25 Dogs of pure breed or any mixed breeds of any of the restricted breeds listed on the sample of restricted breeds are prohibited in the community. Pets are subject to PetScreening and managment approval. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-Hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow, German Shepherd or any mixes of these breeds.
