I also really the fact that MTSU is only like 3 mins away from here. Overall I have really enjoyed living here so far.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe location is super convenient, and the renovated unit I’m in is fantastic. My immediate neighbors are cool, but there are too many lazy and entitled residents who never pickup their dog poop and leave trash all over the property. The fitness center is huge but too many gym rats use it without shirts on and bring Bluetooth speakers to blast music, and a few machines have been inoperable for several months. Maintenance staff for the apartments are fast and super friendly
