I hate paying rent but who does Maintenance could be better and the office could do better with informing us of important things like move out dates. That’s pretty much all though.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe office and maintenance staff have been super nice and helpful with everything. After the mass move-in weekend, maintenance is quick to resolve any issues. My roommate is super chill, and we haven’t had any issues. The complex is fairly quiet, and I don’t hear my neighbors around except for the ones immediately above me with them walking around, but that is the case at any apartment. The location is super convenient for me. The only downside about these apartments is that there is a visitor lot that is pretty out-of-the-way for most of the buildings. The apartment complexes I have stated previously also have a towing policy but it only kicks in if a vehicle has been on site for more than a day or two without a permit. They put a warning on there and then they tow you after that. I don’t like how this complex seems to advertise that you can be towed immediately even if you were just visiting a friend for a few hours
